Hemp Extract CBD Salad Dressings

Fresh, healthy salads are a great meal option that doesn’t require a lot of time or effort, plus you can take advantage of all the beautiful fresh produce in season from your local Farmer’s Markets!

Use our Hemp Extract Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create homemade salad dressings and incorporate Chakra Organics into your healthy diet and lifestyle. Try our Vinaigrette dressing to get started, it’s fast, easy and the perfect base to add on to and get creative with.

Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together. Another option, pour ingredients into a mason jar and shake it up! Mason jars help to easily mix ingredients together without any clean up and go right into the fridge for storing. Double, triple, even quadruple our recipes to have your new favorite dressing ready to go whenever you are in the mood.

You can also simply drizzle some of our Hemp Extract Extra Virgin Olive Oil directly onto some burrata, sprinkle some salt and pepper on top, add a little prosciutto to the plate and you have another wonderful salad or appetizer to add your table. Add a dropperful atop of your favorite soups or even put some on your hummus with a little Tahini sauce to liven things up.

Basic Vinaigrette Recipe using our 300mg Hemp Extract Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
4 full droppers of our Hemp Extract EVOO, for a total of 20mg (**can adjust the dosage of Hemp Extract according to your personal needs**)
3 tbsp another Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar (could use white, apple cider, wine, rice, or balsamic)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together. Another option, pour ingredients into a mason jar and shake it up! Helps to fully mix ingredients together, and makes storing leftover dressing in the fridge so easy.

That’s it! Now from here, the fun part begins…

Take this basic Vinaigrette Recipe and add some additional ingredients for a totally new dressing!

For Italian Style Dressing, add:
1 tsp finely minced Garlic
1 tsp minced Onion
Chopped Basil, Thyme, and Parsley (fresh or dried)
A dash of Red Pepper Flakes
Parmesan Cheese to taste

For a Sweet and Citrusy Dressing, add:
1 tsp finely minced Garlic
1 tsp honey
Juice of half a fresh Lemon

For a Spicy Lime Dressing, add:
1 tsp finely minced Garlic
1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Dash of Cumin
Juice of 1 fresh Lime

For an Asian Ginger Style Dressing, add:
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp finely minced Ginger
2 tsp finely minced peeled Ginger Root
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
*Try with White or Rice Vinegar for this recipe (can substitute if you don’t have these though)

These are just a few ideas to get you experimenting in the kitchen without the temperature rising! Recipes easily can be increased to make larger quantities, just store leftovers in an airtight jar to dress up your salads throughout the week.
